THE SIGNIFICANCE OF GRAM'S STAIN IN MAMMALIAN TISSUE
1 Department of Pathology, University of Louisville, Louisville, Kentucky

The selectivity of crystal violet for nuclear ribonuclei acid suggests a fundamental difference between the nuclear and cytoplasmic varieties of this substance. Submitted on June 12, 1961
