CLAIMS POLICY

Claims for missing numbers can be honored only up to three months for domestic addresses, six months for foreign addresses. Duplicate copies will not be sent to replace ones undelivered due to failure to notify the publisher of a change in address.

Individual copy and back volume information is available upon email request.

Subscription Order Forms
• The following Subscription Form (PDF) can be filled out and returned to the Journal Office via email, fax, or mail. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to open, fill out, and print these PDF files.
• To open the form in your web browser, click on the form link.
• To save the file on your computer, right-click (Windows) or click-and-hold (MacOS) on the form link and choose 'Save Target As', 'Save Link As', or 'Save Link Target As' (varies by web browser). When the window pops up to save the file you may designate the location and filename, and click Save. The file can now be opened from within Acrobat Reader or you can simply double-click on the file icon.

• Instructions for Using the Form
  1. Only ONE subscriber per form. Email, mail, or fax 1 copy of the form for each subscriber.
  2. If you are a subscription agent please be sure to include a coversheet indicating your agency's contact information.
  3. Please make sure to supply the subscriber email address so that they can be emailed information for activating their online account. If we do not receive an email address they will not be able to activate their online account.
  4. Please indicate what method of payment by checking the appropriate box. For credit card charges, Visa and MasterCard are accepted by JHC directly (via the form), or the HCS eCommerce site can be used to pay via Google Checkout, which accepts a wide variety of credit cards. We must have an expiration date and signature to process a credit card charge. Checks or Money Orders should be mailed to the address listed above and must be made payable to the Journal of Histochemistry and Cytochemistry in US dollars, drawn on a US Bank.
  5. Requests for an invoice must include a mailing address and fax number of the agency they are being sent to.
